Chocolate Mint Candy Cookies

3/4 cup margarine
2 Tbsp water
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Andes Mints - cut in half
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups (12 oz) chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions
Combine margarine, brown sugar and water - microwave until melted.
Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Cool for 10 minutes.
Beat in eggs, add flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix and chill for 1 hour.
Roll into balls and bake at 325° for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and place Andes mint candy on top of each cookie.
Let stand until melted, then spread as frosting over the cookie.
