Pumpkin Pie Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can of pumpkin -15 oz.

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 can of evaporated milk -12 oz.

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon of each –cloves, nutmeg, & ginger

  • 1 cup sugar or brown sugar –can be half & half

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • ½ cup melted margarine

Directions

  1. Whip up the eggs

  2. Mix in pumpkin

  3. Mix in evaporated milk

  4. Add sugar to mixture

  5. Add seasonings to the mixture

  6. Pour mixture into an ungreased 9X13 pan

  7. Toss cake mix on top of mixture

  8. Use a fork & gently tap the top to push the cake into the pumpkin a little bit

  9. Drizzle butter on top of cake

  10. Sprinkle walnuts on top

  11. Bake @ 350 for about an hour

  12. Should be golden brown on top when it is done.
