Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Large Apples (12-14 smaller apples) - enough to fill 13x9 baking dish

  • 1 c Sugar

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 c Sugar

  • 1 c Oatmeal or Flour

  • 1/3 c Butter - Softened

Directions

  1. Peel and slice apples

  2. Stir in sugar and cinnamon - spread in baking dish

  3. Combine topping ingredients and cover apples.

  4. Bake at 350° until apples are soft - about 1 hour.
