Chipped Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter

  • ½ to ¾ of flour

  • Frozen Chipped beef - 2 packages (Chopped into 1 inch chunks)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Pepper to taste

  • 4 cups of milk

Directions

  1. Add butter to pan over medium heat

  2. Add about ½ cup flour to pan, stirring occasionally until mixture is brown, -should have lumpy texture

  3. Add salt & pepper to taste

  4. Pour in milk –stir quickly to avoid big lumps

  5. Stir until not too runny

  6. Add chipped beef and stir until it thickens to liking


If it is too thick, add a little more milk
